Log In to UpMetrics Community

This guide walks you through logging into the UpMetrics Community for the first time, navigating the platform, and making the most of your Community membership.

About the UpMetrics Community: The UpMetrics Community is powered by Circle.so, a modern community-building platform. It provides a structured, private environment for connecting and supporting our clients and cohort members through networking, resource access, and direct engagement with UpMetrics staff. 

How to Log In to UpMetrics Community

Note: To access the UpMetrics Community, you need to have a user account set up in the UpMetrics platform.

Step 1: Log in to Your UpMetrics Account

Start by visiting your UpMetrics platform at https://next.upmetrics.com and sign in with your regular credentials. You must be logged in to UpMetrics first, as Community access flows through your existing account via SSO.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Community" Tab

Once logged in, look for the Community tab in your left-side UpMetrics navigation. Clicking it will automatically launch your access to Community. No separate login or password is needed.

Step 3: Your Community Account is Created Automatically

The first time you click through, Circle will provision your UpMetrics Community account instantly using your UpMetrics platform credentials. You will land directly in the starting space for UpMetrics Community.

Step 4: Complete Your Profile

Click the icon in the top right of the screen and navigate to Edit profile. Add your name, organization, and any additional information you would like to share with the community. This helps fellow members know who you are. You can also adjust your notifications and privacy settings as preferred.

💡 TIP: Bookmark the direct link - After your first login/account creation, you can go directly into the Community by visiting https://community.upmetrics.com. As long as you are still logged in to the UpMetrics platform, you will be taken straight in.

 

Tips for Getting Started

1. Watch the Welcome Video

Before you dive in, watch the short welcome video pinned in the Start Here space. It walks you through the Community spaces and how to navigate the platform in about 5 minutes, making everything below feel more familiar.

2. Things to Try First

  • Introduce yourself: Head to the Say Hello space and introduce yourself. This is how the Community comes alive, and your post sets the tone for everyone who follows. New members will find your introduction searchable as they join the Community.

  • Explore the spaces and see what's there: Browse the spaces in the left navigation to get a feel for how the Community is organized. Use the Welcome Checklist to help walk you through key spaces you should get familiar with to make the most out of the Community.

  • Open to all members: Spaces marked with orange icons are open to all members. Check out on-demand learning, peer exchange spaces, and more.

  • If you're part of a cohort: Look for your private cohort space group marked with blue icons. You will find spaces like Cohort Announcements, Discussion, Sessions & Resources, and a Member Directory specifically for your cohort.

  • React, Comment & Engage: Got something you have been wondering about, a data challenge, a tool question, or something you have seen other organizations navigate? Drop it in. There are no dumb questions here, and your question might be exactly what someone else needed to ask. Even a quick reaction or a short comment, "this resonates!", "we ran into this too," signals to others that the Community is active and worth checking. You do not need to write a lot. Just show up.

3. Let Us Know Your Feedback

In the Start Here space there is an icon for "Feedback". Please leave us your thoughts, comments, or suggestions anytime. We read every entry and appreciate your support in helping us build a meaningful space for connection.
