Here are some things to consider before getting started:
1. Are the right people from your organization involved? Oftentimes the framework building process is completed by a variety of stakeholders including Senior Leaders, Program Leads, Monitoring & Evaluation Leads and Data Leads.
2. Do you have strategic documents to consult that will help you fill out your framework? Strategic plans and theory of change documents can help you build your framework. It helps to have these to review.
3. Before getting started, review the videos associated with the Impact Framework dimensions in the "Define" section of the "DeCAL methodology" tab
Lastly, don't forget, you can always save your work and come back to it! Perfection is the enemy of progress!
