IPR is UpMetrics’ two-sided reporting solution catering to both funders and producers* with the aim to:- 🤝 strengthen the funder-to-producer relationship,
- ⏬ reduce the burden of reporting, and
- 🎯 Centralize and streamline impact data sharing.
* Funders refer to foundations, and impact investors that fund/invest producers. Producers refer to the organizations that aim to produce or bring an impact on environmental issues, social issues, or corporate governance
In the impact portfolio reporting cycle, funders tend to be survey creators, and producers tend to be survey recipients.
- Collect --> Outgoing Surveys: this is where funders will kick off the IPR process in order to collect the information needed for their reporting purposes.
- Within this area, funders will be able to:
- Create, copy, and edit their surveys
- Send their surveys
- Perform active tracking and management of sent surveys
- View survey results
- Within this area, funders will be able to:
- Collect --> Incoming Surveys: this is where producers will leverage the data they have to provide progress data back to the funders as part of their reporting cycle.
- Within this area, producers will be able to:
- Access and manage survey requests
- Edit, save, complete, and submit their surveys
- View completed survey submissions
- Within this area, producers will be able to:
Important: Impact Portfolio Reporting requires all producers to have UpMetrics logins in order to enable the tracking and management features. All other data collection use cases that do not require logins will continue to be served through the data collector feature.
