Use Organization Settings to manage the overall settings for your organization’s UpMetrics account.
- Under the first tab, Organization Details, you can set your organization name, type, and website.
You can also select focus areas, like driving internal alignment towards impact goals, leveraging data, or telling a story of impact.

- Under Settings you can enable or disable sentiments we use to categorize your stories.

If you are an org admin, you can update your organization’s name, type, and website.
Email us at support@upmetrics.com to update your pricing plan or to change your organization's primary activities.
- In the bottom-left corner of UpMetrics sidebar menu, open Settings and select Organization Settings.
- Select Organization details, enter the requested information, and select Update to continue
